I was in a college-cum-hostel Gurukul in Abu Road, Rajasthan where I was pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course. The college was good, it had big classrooms which had projectors for presentation purposes. One flaw in the institution was the management. They really had poor management and delayed decision making when required. A Man of Action was required in the Gurukul who can make things happen.

It was Sunday morning, I was having my breakfast with a cup of tea in the hostel canteen where an auto-rickshaw parked itself in front of the doors to our hostel. There were rumours in our hostel that a new dean is suppose to come as the previous one was inefficient. We all gathered near the door to have a glimpse of the person who has arrived in our gurukul.

We saw an old man, seemed to be over-weight, was paying his fare to the auto-driver and called a man to take his luggage and send it to his room. My first impression of this man was that he was jolly in nature. He smiled at us with cheer in his face and said, "Good Morning students!" 

We all looked at each other communicating that he is our dean. We replied in harmony, "Good Morning Sir". He sat on a sofa, took a sigh of relief and made himself comfortable. We told him that the breakfast was going on and he requested for a tea. I called the maharaj and requested him to serve tea to sir.

This is how I met Dr. Kaushik M Oza, Man of Action. I have never met a person with high intellectual being so humble. He has two Doctorate Certificates, he is corporate trainer, he has amazing communicating skill. The way he communicates is phenomenal, it sounds like he is born and brought up in USA. He is a very keen observer and identifies a person's personality from the way a person talks, behaves. He loves food, he likes to try something new this shows that he is a risk taker. He also has Heart of Gold. He is very much engaged in social services. He has ADOPTED A SCHOOL and is providing all the essentials required by the students. He has set up Mid-day meals for the students to provide them with food at concessional rates.

 However, nobody is perfect, he has certain flaws. He becomes impatient at times when he doesn't get revert for his messages. Also he is sensitive and emotional guy. The best part which I admire about him is that he makes things happen. Once he has taken a decision he will use all his strength to make it happen. And it does HAPPEN!
