Ep.5 The Lovestruck

I climbed up and took a sigh of relief. I slowly stood up with the support of the stick and saw those tribal folks staring at me. I looked back at them and noticed that they were slowly coming closer to me. I got scared and started to walk backwards. I soon realized that I had reached the edge of the cliff, I had no way to run now. Fighting them was the only choice I had and so I raised the stick pointing towards them. They took a step back in fear. I began to walk ahead step by step swinging the stick to scare them off. 

One of the tribal came running towards me to catch me and I immediately swing the stick on his face. What a relief it was for me. His whole head started to bleed. Later, two more men came to get me and again I hit one guy on his face. Another one came really close to I tried to hit him but he caught the stick and punched me in the abdomen. The pain was unbearable; I folded my hands in pain and lay down on the ground. 

They caught me and tied my legs again to the stick. I was growling in pain and thought this is the end. All the good and bad memories started to flash in front of my eyes. Tears burst as I saw no hope for my survival. What if this tribal follow human cannibalism? I got more and more depressed. In that exact moment, two circular shaped objects with spikes around the edges like blades hit the ropes on my bamboo, freeing both my hands and legs.

I fell on the ground and when I stood up to see where did the blades come from each tribe man was killed with those blades, I was startled. I started to look everywhere to see who threw them. On my left I saw the plants moving. With curiosity, I slowly went closer to the bush to see if somebody was there or not. 

While I was approaching the bush, I had little fear in my heart whether the person would kill me when I see him. I slowly moved the leaves. A woman leaped on me in an attacking position. I moved my hands in front of my head to protect myself. She had grounded me; I slowly moved my hands away to see who she was. When I saw her, I was Lovestruck.
