Ep.2 The Right Time

Ep.2 The Right Time

As I was getting beat up by the monkeys a loud roar came from a direction which scared the shit out of me.  Listening to the roar the monkeys stopped and turned their face to see from where did the sound come. I could see from a distance it was a broad chest Gorilla stomping towards me. In this moment I realized that gorilla had got the attention of the monkeys and I started to ran as far as I can for my life. The monkeys were very quick to notice me and grabbed me and jumped on me. I felt like it's a tribe which doesn't want me to leave. As the gorilla approached, the monkeys moved aside and gorilla slowly came near me.

He was huge approximately 7.1 feet. He came very close to me, stared at me first, smelled me, my hands, clothes and licked my face. Oh man that was so GROSSSSSS! His tongue was so huge, half of my face was in saliva. I did imagine to get licked but not in this way!

He grabbed me and put me on his shoulder and started to walk away from the monkey army. I did felt little relived that gorilla saved me from the monkeys but was also scared about where I was going with this big guy. I started to feel numb after a few hours and started to move my legs and hands so that he can bring me down. As I expected he got irritated and threw me down like a sack of potatoes. The ground hit hard but at least I was off his shoulders.

While I was laying down he came close to me and started to smell me again. He put his right hand around my shoulder and left hand on my head tapping it. I thought it to be a gesture of affection. I recollect this from an episode on the discovery channel, which I always thought ghanta kuch kaam me aayega yeh dekh ke. But eventually it did.

I was also starving, now when you starve your survival instincts gets triggered. I started to calculate what I have in my surroundings which I can use to get some food. I thought gorilla can help me to find some food. So I stood up, feeling a little awkward, and started to act like eating a banana and rubbing my stomach to make him understand that I was hungry and I need something to eat.

He stood up with a growl and started to walk away. Now I was alone in a wild forest and I had two options with me either I could run away from this gorilla and get out from here all by myself or wait for the gorilla in expectation that he will get something to eat.
